The back ll lllstage Playwright, Director, Performing Artist Peter Jacobs began
his theater work in NY in the late 1980's in underground spaces like The Lizard's Tail in Williamsburg. He became a founding
member of Reza Abdoh's Dar A Luz, performing worldwide and then went on to perform leading roles for many pioneering directors
and companies. He co-founded Chashama, humanfuturedancecorps, and Pere Another. In 2010 he formed The Assistant Theater.
